WIND PGC notes the selection of projects for the construction of wind farms in 2014, as in 2013, is unsatisfactory and practically zero. In our opinion the main reason is unrealistic local content requirements in Russia. This position of WIND PGC and position of major industry participants on this issue is the same. At present time, all wind industry participants are working on the preparation of collegial letter for Government of Russian Federation where will be indicated needed changes in the RF legislation.
