Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree "On approval of the changes to be made to the Main directions of the state policy in the sphere of energy efficiency of power industry on the basis of renewables till 2020".
Earlier, Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree "On mechanism for promotion of the use of renewable energy sources (RES) on the wholesale electricity and capacity market".
