Investigations cover all potential sites for wind park construction in in the Astrakhan Oblast. A multivariate analysis of five regions in the Astrakhan Oblast was done. It includes following factors: wind potential based on local measurements**, infrastructure (sea ports, custom terminals, highways, roads and rails), land evaluation, perspective energy demand, visits of the sites, etc. Based on this analysis the most suitable site was selected. The detailed document consists of 124 pages written in Russian. It contains various cartographic and photographic material, data sheets filled by the administrators of the region, and other important information. It also provides concrete conclusions and recommendations.

2) Temryucksky district of Krasnodar region
Investigations cover all potential sites for wind park construction in in the Temryucksky district of Krasnodar region. A multivariate analysis was done. It which includes following factors: wind potential based on local measurements**, infrastructure (sea ports, custom terminals, highways, roads and rails), land evaluation, perspective energy demand, visits of the sites, etc. Based on this analysis the most suitable site was selected. The detailed document consists of 94 pages written in Russian. It contains various cartographic and photographic material, data sheets filled by the administrators of the region, and other important information. It also provides concrete conclusions and recommendations.

3) Rostov Oblast
Investigations cover all potential sites for wind park construction in the N-Skom district in the Rostov Oblast. A multivariate analysis was done. It which includes following factors: wind potential based on local measurements**, infrastructure (sea ports, custom terminals, highways, roads and rails), land evaluation, perspective energy demand, visits of the sites, etc. Based on this analysis the most suitable site was selected. The detailed document consists of 36 pages written in Russian. It contains various cartographic and photographic material, data sheets filled by the administrators of the region, and other important information. It also provides concrete conclusions and recommendations.

With the purchase of the documents all its rights will be transferred to the new owner.

The new owner receives the data basis and the rights for either carrying out further investigations of the site or starting with investment and construction of the wind farm directly.
